I want to take a moment to share my experience with Sincerely, Flowers. Thus is a review that could very easily have gone in a very different direction. I placed an order about two weeks ago for flowers to be delivered to a memorial service for my friend’s father today, September 2nd. Unfortunately, there was a system malfunction, and I received confirmation indicating that the flowers had been delivered when they had not been. I was assured afterward that everything would be taken care of and that the flowers would absolutely be delivered in time for the memorial. Today, however, I never received a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered. When I called, I learned that they were still working on the arrangement after the memorial service had already begun. I was extremely upset. I will also be honest and say that I was probably more rude on the phone than I should have been. But I was dealing with a lot of emotion. Im over fifteen-hundred miles away and could not be there for my friend during one of the hardest moments of anyone’s life. I called on July 2nd in the afternoon after my Grandbaby was born. Leslie answered and was so very nice and friendly. I wanted a door knocker for the baby She said they would deliver it the next day. Not only did she deliver it when they were off but she found leopard ribbon that I had requested but they did not have. The door knocker was absolutely beautiful and loved by myself and my daughter. I will defiantly be using them again. I have found a new florist in Amarillo! Thank you Leslie and may God bless you for going up and beyond for my order!

I’m really satisfied with how this florist managed my urgent order. The flowers were delivered faster than expected, and the arrangement looked elegant and peaceful. The freshness of the flowers stood out immediately. Even with short notice, nothing felt rushed or low quality. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived safely. The whole experience felt supportive and well-handled, which made a difficult situation a little easier for me.

I didnt know where to begin with getting flowers for my moms funeral. It was such an overwhelming time. I called Sincerely Flowers and the girl who answered my phone and took my order was so so kind and helpful. I even went in again to change the colors and spoke with Danielle. She helped me pick what I needed. I was so pleased to see the arrangement when I walked into the church. They were absolutely beautiful!!! I hope I am not buying funeral flowers again for years to come but this will be my go to place for flowers. Thank you so much.

I walked in an hour before my maternity photo session and requested a custom bouquet! They had me send them my inspiration photo, listened very well, had pretty much exactly what they needed to build it in stock, and came out with the perfect production in maybe 25 minutes. I think making the order in advance would have been kinder of me, especially on Valentine’s week!!! But regardless, they were very attentive and it was just right on price. The session was a huge success!
